For every day fleet and company drivers, our courses are critical to improve your drivers’ knowledge and skill behind the wheel. The aim is to instil solid foundations and enhance the skills required for driving and emergency situations.

Our programs focus on three core areas:
1. The Vehicle – understanding the dynamic design and function limitations of your vehicle; modern active and passive safety systems to ensure maximum effectiveness; vehicle maintenance and the importance of good tyres.
2. The Driver – the human body was not designed to drive motor cars! Learn why our body reacts the way it does when driving and how to change these reactions to avoid and manage accident situations.
3. Social Aptitude – sharing the road; road rage; coping with stress behind the wheel; managing your obligations and planning your trip.

Our online assessment aims to keep your knowledge up to date. Encompassing multiple choice questions on road laws, emergency skills and accident prevention our ongoing support is designed to keep you safer for longer. These tests can be monitored for training purposes, employee of the month initiatives and staff rewards. For an additional $5 per user, you can open up this assessment to your entire client base.
Our monthly online newsletter is part of our ongoing commitment for every Total Driver participant. Complimentary to all Driver Development program graduates, its aim is to keep you up to date on any company/driving developments. At no extra cost, our newsletter can be co-branded to be distributed to your client list.
Safety Cam is an innovative solution that enables us to record how your team reacts in an accident situation, enabling instruction and training on how to better react in the real event. Use of the camera has resulted in a reduction of fleet accidents by 70% in the US <insert source>.
Here is how it works:
1. Safety Cam is activated by ‘G’ forces, FG and SG. These occur in the event of actions leading up to an accident e.g. cornering, braking etc.
2. A 20 second window will be recorded of the events leading up to an accident and actions that follow.
3. The aim is to provide insight and educate drivers on risk assessment and decision making processes. This helps to build and instill positive learning experience.
